Users should pay attention to the following key issues when using the biomass pellet machine to ensure the safe use of the equipment:

(1) After the biomass pellet machine is installed, it should be carefully checked whether it is installed in place and whether the screws in each part are tightened. For belt-driven models, check whether the motor pulley and the main shaft pulley are parallel, and check whether the tension of the transmission belt is appropriate. For gear-driven models, check whether the gears are sufficient.

(2) The biomass pellet machine should be placed on a flat, dry, hardened ground and can be fixed with cement.

(3) Before starting the biomass pellet machine, turn the pressing wheel by hand to check whether the operation is flexible and normal, whether there is any collision between the pressing wheel and the mold, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is correct, and whether the lubrication parts of the briquette machine are well lubricated.

(4) After starting the biomass pellet machine, it should be idle for 1 to 2 minutes. After no abnormal phenomenon occurs, feed the material before working. The biomass pellet machine should feed the material evenly. If there is noise, the bearing and body temperature are too high, or the material is sprayed out, it should be stopped immediately for inspection to eliminate the fault.

(5) Before the biomass pellet machine is put into operation, the staff should carefully check the materials to prevent metal, stone, and other hard objects from entering the compression chamber and causing machine damage and other accidents.

(6) The biomass pellet machine should add lubricating oil to the pressure wheel and main shaft bearings every 10 hours of operation.

(7) After the biomass pellet machine has been in operation for 300 hours, the pressure wheel bearings must be cleaned and the pressure wheel lubricating oil must be replaced; when filling the lubricating oil, it is better to fill 1/3 of the bearing gap and not more than 1/2.

(8) After the biomass pellet machine has been in operation for 1500 hours, the main shaft bearings must be cleaned and the main shaft lubricating oil must be replaced. When filling the lubricating oil, it is better to fill 1/3 of the bearing gap and not more than 1/2.

(9) Before stopping the biomass pellet plant, stop feeding, wait for the materials in the machine to be discharged, and then cut off the power supply to stop. Clean and maintain after stopping. When the belt machine is stopped for a long time, the belt should be loosened to prevent belt damage.
