Before processing, the rice shall be inspected. It is required that the dry and wet degree of the processed rice shall be appropriate, and the rice shall not contain hard objects such as iron blocks and stones. The varieties of rice processed shall be consistent or similar.
(1) After the feeding and discharging rice milling machine is started, the feeding can be carried out only after the operation is normal. Feed from less to more, and gradually increase to the rated load. According to the requirements of whitening accuracy, adjust the discharge ram until the rice quality meets the requirements.
(2) Operation regulation: pay close attention to the operation of rice beater and power machine during operation. In case of any change in the whitening accuracy, it shall be adjusted in time to stabilize the quality of the product. If the rice machine or power machine has abnormal sound or other abnormalities, it shall be shut down immediately for inspection and can be used again after troubleshooting.
(3) Handling of abnormal shutdown: in case of sudden power failure or other reasons causing the rice machine to be blocked during operation, the power source shall be cut off and the drive belt shall be loosened; Slowly rotate the belt pulley of the rice beater in both positive and negative directions by hand to discharge the rice grains in the whitening chamber, so as to reduce the load when starting again. When the rice milling is finished or the machine needs to be shut down during the work, the feed ram should be closed first to let all the rice grains in the milling chamber be discharged before the power can be turned off.
(4) Safe operation: operators should tighten their cuffs and wear masks; And working cap, and any part of the body shall not be close to the transmission belt or pulley to avoid unsafe accidents.
2. Maintenance
(1) The rice knife and sieve are easy to be damaged, so pay attention to the wear. After the rice knife is blunt, it can be turned over and used. If it is serious, it should be replaced.
(2) During the work, the firmness of the pulley and fastening bolt shall be checked frequently. If it is loose, it shall be tightened in time.
(3) Regularly check the bearing lubrication and add or replace lubricating oil regularly.
(4) After processing, the rice destoner machine, power machine and other equipment shall be cleaned. When it is not used for a long time, all materials in the whitening room shall be removed, and the material inlet and outlet gate shall be closed to prevent the remaining grain in the whitening room from mildew and deterioration. And loosen the belt to prevent the belt from deformation due to long-term tension.
